Take the package to the nearest Indomaret. Hand over the package to the cashier, and show your booking code without making a payment to the cashier.

The package will arrive at Rayspeed within 3-5 days. The admin will confirm the total cost after reweighing and measuring. After payment, the shipment will be processed for export.

Take the package to a JNE counter and show the JOB code. Pay the shipping fee at the Rayspeed office at the JNE counter.

Our drop points via JNE & Indomaret (Indopaket) can currently be accessed in the JABODETABEK, Surabaya, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Medan, and Palembang areas.

For drop points via Indomaret (Indopaket) and JNE, there is no need to make payment on the spot. Once the package arrives at the Rayspeed Asia office and we have reweighed and remeasured it, we will inform you of the total cost. The total cost includes (the cost from the Drop Point to Rayspeed Asia + the export cost to the destination country).

If one of our drop points (JNE & Indomaret (Indopaket)) is unable to provide service, you can try another nearby drop point. Usually, service disruptions are due to network issues at that location. For example, if you want to ship via JNE but they are unable to serve you, you can go to another nearby JNE location.

From the Drop Point to Rayspeed Asia, if the weight is below 1.49 Kgs, it is still counted as 1 kg. For export weight from Rayspeed Asia to the destination country, 1.01 Kg is counted as 2 Kg.

No. The first step is to create an online tracking/airwaybill on the Rayspeed Asia website. After receiving a booking code, it must be shown to the Indomaret cashier (for Indopaket drop points).

For drop points in the JABODETABEK area, it takes a maximum of 2 days.

  • Items that cannot be shipped will be returned to the sender and will incur a return charge, or they can be picked up at our office.

  • Certain unique items not listed among the prohibited items may require checking with the customs of the destination country and the airline.

  • Filling out the online tracking/airwaybill above is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the data is accurate.
